Stayed here with my wife and our two kids and it was super easy. The room was clean, the staff were really nice with the kids, and when we asked for extra towels they brought them up quick. Breakfast had enough options even for our picky eaters, which was a big plus. We'd defintely book again for another family trip

I stayed for one night and thought the breakfast was really good. There was plenty of fresh food, the coffee was nice, and the eggs were warm without being dried out. The staff also kept everything topped up. I’d definitely eat there again.

Stayed at Leonardo Hotels for a weekend trip and overall it was solid for the price. I did feel a bit pressured to book quickly because the rate seemed like it might jump, but it worked out well. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the location was better than I expected for what I paid. Nothing fancy or over the top, but it had everything I needed, and the staff were pleasant enough. I’d probably stay again if the price stays around the same.

Check-out was just as smooth too. The bill was clear, the staff were friendly, and I was out the door fast. I’d definitely stay again.

We ate at the hotel restaurant one night and yeah, it was okay. Nothing really stood out, but the food came out warm and tasted decent enough. I did feel like the menu was a little limited for what they were charging, though.

I always notice the little signs with pet-friendly places, how staff react at check-in, whether anyone makes it awkward, how easy it is to get in and out, and everything here pointed to them being genuinely used to dogs. The staff were friendly about him right away, the room had enough space, and we didn’t feel like we were being a bother. It made the whole trip way less stressful. I’d happily book Leonardo again with our dog.

The shower had a bit of mold, so the bathroom didn’t feel as clean as I’d hoped

The room was a lot bigger than I expected. I blame the photos for making it look smaller than it actually was, because there was loads of space and it felt really comfy the whole time...

I stayed for one night finding the parking was really easy!!! That made things so much less stressful after traveling. It wasn’t the cheapest option, but it felt safe and was really close to the hotel, so I didn’t mind too much!!! I’d definitely use it again!!!

So that part was all okay. The gym was a bit of a letdown though, not gonna lie. It was small and a few of the machines looked like they’d seen better days. Breakfast had a good selection, which was nice, but it got busy really quickly and the tables weren’t being cleared fast enough, so it felt a bit chaotic. Staff were polite and the lobby looked nice, but I dunno, for the price I expected the facilities to feel a little better. Not a bad stay at all, just not one I’d call amazing either.

Once I got to the hotel, the lifts, ramps, and room layout all worked well for me. The staff were helpful too, and I appreciated that they answered my questions without making it feel awkward. It was a really smooth stay overall, which I don’t always get, though there’s always room for little improvements here and there.
